Because all items are made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for size, color selection, or change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Size Exchanges
Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not offer size exchanges unless the item received was mislabeled or incorrect.
We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart on each product page before placing your order.
Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

Ordering the wrong size

Ordering the wrong color

Entering an incorrect shipping address

Change of preference after production has begun
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout:

The customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

If reshipment is declined, a refund may be issued minus shipping and processing fees.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your package appears lost:

Contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
